Joe Stolski, PE, has been promoted to Project Engineer in RPA’s Streets & Highways Group.

Joe joined RPA a little over two years ago as an Engineering Designer. Since then, he has earned his Professional Engineer license, and his new role reflects that step. As a Project Engineer, he’ll take on more responsibility for engineering design and project oversight for the Streets & Highways team.

When Joe looks back on his first couple of years here, one project stands out: the Timber Bridges Forsyth Area Design-Build.

“It’s the perfect representation of how strong teamwork can result in a successful project,” Joe said. “RPA provided excellent oversight and allowed me to take ownership of my work, and I learned a lot along the way. I’m grateful for the support RPA has given me.”
